Refund Policy

At Semicircle Media, we strive to deliver exceptional photography, videography, and photobooth services with professionalism and care. To ensure fairness and protect the time dedicated to each client, the following terms apply:

• Booking Fees: All retainers and booking fees are non-refundable, as they secure your date, time, and preparation for your session.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling or a service credit to be used within six months.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund or credit.

• Completed Services: Once photography, videography, or photobooth services have been rendered and digital files delivered, no refunds will be issued.

• Service Issues: If a client believes there has been an error or quality issue with the final deliverables, Semicircle Media will review the case and, at its discretion, offer a reasonable resolution such as file corrections or partial credit toward future services.

This policy ensures that each booking is honored with the attention, planning, and creative preparation it deserves, while maintaining fairness to all clients.
